Our small group training focuses on strengthening muscles, improving balance and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. I can meet you where you are and provide a path to meet your long-term goals. Participants can use hand-held weights and/or elastic tubing with handles (sealed water bottles are a good stand-in if you don’t have hand weights available). We will utilize a chair for seated exercises or standing support. I sometimes provide floor options to challenge you, but I will always show modifications! Training is held every Wednesday & Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. CST.
